Catron County Volunteer Fire & EMS Departments are in desperate need of volunteers! " A Volunteer Fire/EMS department is only as good as its' community is willing to support." If you have time to make a commitment to your community, please request an application package for either "Fire Operations", "Jr. Firefighter", or "Fire Corps" by emailing catronfire@gilanet.com or calling (575) 533-6470. Please provide you name and mailing information. "Operations" members provide various stages of firefighting functions. "Jr./Youth" members - ages 14-18, provide support and learn about the Fire Service "Fire Corps" members provide administration, auxiliary, or support functions. We are asking you to answer our call! You can also download the Application Files from this website. Look under File Libray, Member Applications for Fire Corps, Jr. Firefighter and Operations.
